Installing WISE-FTP

After downloading the EXE file, open it with a double-click. If Windows asks whether the app may make changes to your device, confirm with "Yes" – otherwise WISE-FTP cannot be installed. Afterwards the WISE-FTP installer will start and a wizard will guide you through the installation.

Starting WISE-FTP

There are several ways to start WISE-FTP: double-click the WISE-FTP icon on your desktop, or launch it from the Start menu. To do this, click the Start button on the taskbar, then click "All Programs", "AceBIT" and open the "WISE-FTP" folder. Clicking "WISE-FTP" starts the program.

In Windows 8 and 8.1 you can also start WISE-FTP through the Modern UI by clicking the WISE-FTP tile.

Uninstalling WISE-FTP

If you need to uninstall the program, open the Control Panel from the Start menu, click "Programs and Features" and select the WISE-FTP entry, then click "Uninstall".

A dialog will ask whether you really want to uninstall WISE-FTP. Confirm with "Yes", and the software will be removed from your computer.
